Let’s Get Moving

The “Let’s Get Moving” exercise classes are part of “The Good Life,” a series of exercise and healthy aging events for all those who are interested in keeping their minds and bodies in shape. “The Good Life” series is created by UC Davis School of Medicine, in partnership with the City of Oakland and sponsored by the California Department of Public Health.

“Let’s Get Moving – Baila Conmigo” with instructor Irma Chincoya is held every Monday at 11am PST via Zoom. At the end of each class you get to ask the experts about your health questions.

“Let’s Get Moving – Pilates” with instructor Winifred Cabiness is held every Tuesday at 11am PST via Zoom. At the end of each class you get to ask the experts about your health questions.

“Let’s Get Moving” with instructor Michael Tatman is held every Wednesday and Friday at 11am PST via Zoom. At the end of each class you get to ask the experts about your health questions.
