Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli 
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 
  • 1 asparagus 
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 tbsp ginger 
  • 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the sesame oil 
    Add the vegetables, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and stir. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 
    minutes until they soften 
    Drizzle the soy sauce throughout 
    Cool before serving. 
     
    Serve with brown rice or noodles
