1bundleof curly kale leavesstems removed and leaves chopped into bite sizes
5tsporganic canola oil
½tbspfresh lemon juice
1½tspsea salt
2tsp spices, your choice!Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika, Curry powder, etc.
Avocado Dip
1carrot cut into 4" sticks
½limejuiced
½largeavocado
¼cupgreek yogurt
1tspgarlic powder
a pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Tear kale leaves into pieces about the size of your palm or slightly smaller.
Toss kale with oil, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Make sure to coat the leaves.
Bake Kale in oven for 8 minutes.
In a bowl place: ¼ cup greek yogurt, half of avocado diced, ½ lime juiced, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder. Mix all together till desired consistency.
