Ingredients

Watermelon

Bell Pepper

Avocado

sliced thin
Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette

Fresh ginger

Lime juice

Tamari or soy sauce

Toasted sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Avocado oil

Instructions
Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
In a small bowl combine the ginger, lime juice, tamari, sesame oil, avocado oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour the dressing over the salad.
Toss to combine.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
