spring mix salad greens or arugula

dijon mustard

shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1 : In a large skillet , cook pecans : add 2 tbsp vinegar, cayenne and cinnamon over a medium heat until nuts are toasted for 4 minutes.
Step 2 : Sprinkle in 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Cook and stir for 2-4 minutes or until sugars have dissolved . Spread on foil to cool.
Step 3 : Place salad greens in a large bowl . In a separate conatainer , whisk the olive oil , mustard, salt, remaining vinegar, and syrup.
Step 4 : Drizzle over greens and toss to coat.
Step 5 : Arrange greens , pear slices and pecans . Sprikle with Chesse . Enjoy
