Ingredients

red onion

cilantro

Cilantro Lime Dressing
½
cup
plain greek yogurt
¼
cup
lime juice
¼
cup
cilantro
2
cloves
garlic
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
cayenne powder
Instructions
Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste. Add pasta contents of package to boiling water.
Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes.
Remove from heat. Drain. Set aside and let cool down.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Add all of your salad ingredients to a bowl & toss it with your desired amount of cilantro-lime dressing.
Keep it chilled in the fridge until you’re ready to eat!
