Kale Chips & Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bundle of curly kale leaves stems removed and leaves chopped into bite sizes
  • 5 tsp organic canola oil
  • ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp spices, your choice! Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika, Curry powder, etc.

Avocado Dip

  • 1 carrot cut into 4" sticks
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ½ large avocado
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Tear kale leaves into pieces about the size of your palm or slightly smaller.
  • Toss kale with oil, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Make sure to coat the leaves.
  • Bake Kale in oven for 8 minutes.
  • In a bowl place: ¼ cup greek yogurt, half of avocado diced, ½ lime juiced, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder. Mix all together till desired consistency.
  • Let chips cool, dip and enjoy !
